I’m not a doctor, nor do I have any “official qualifications” when it comes to health and nutrition but I have a passion which is searching for truth.

In todays world truth is hard to come by, with all the conflicting studies and information out there in the news, media and online. So I choose to use my body as the “science lab” and follow my gut feeling. (literally)
